Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Work cross-functionally to resolve known data quality problems in our CRM platform to support key business functions such as sales operations, customer support, marketing, order management, and business intelligence.
- Clean and enrich data using internal data upload tools.
- Analyze data and identify patterns and trends causing data issues.
- Create documentation around data management based on changing business definitions processes and keep existing documents up to date on a monthly basis.
- Build dashboards and reports using internal tools to track key business metrics and internal data quality team metrics.
- Work on strategic projects to improve overall data quality in our CRM & MDM platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in data analytics
- Advanced Google SpreadsheetsMicrosoft Excel skills
- Ability to follow a detailed set of instructions and rule sets
- Fast learner
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Able to work both as a team or independently
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Salesforce or any CRM platform.
- Prior programming experience in any major programming language: Python, Java, C++, etc
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
- Eager to develop new knowledge and expertise.
- Self-motivated to dig into data.
- Advanced SQL skills.
