Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening Interviewing candidates over the phone, and interview arrangements closing.
- Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, and interview techniques.
- Discuss the "core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered job.
- Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.
- Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
- Understanding of clients' requirements.
- Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
- Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.
- Regular Interaction with the client.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of referral programs.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
