Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening Interviewing candidates over the phone, and interview arrangements closing.
  • Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, and interview techniques.
  • Discuss the "core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered job.
  • Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
  • Understanding of clients' requirements.
  • Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
  • Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.
  • Regular Interaction with the client.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of referral programs.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
