Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Managing complete payroll process including salary breakups, reimbursements, advances, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT etc.-Leave and attendance management using HRIS.
- Employee Engagement and grievance handling.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree or relevant experience.
- 4+ years experience in Human Resource Management preferably in a startup.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Google mail, calendar, docs applications & other google applications (google calendar, google docs, google sheets and etc.)
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and super proactive approach.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
